Kangondo Angelique

Angelique Kangondo is a Rwandan agricultural economist and lecturer. She holds a PhD in Agricultural Economics (Sokoine University of Agriculture, 2020), an M.Sc. in Agricultural and Applied Economics (Sokoine University of Agriculture & University of Pretoria), and a B.Sc. in Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness from University of Rwanda. Since April 2021, she has worked at the Rwanda Institute for Conservation Agriculture (RICA), leading programs in agricultural economics, agribusiness, teaching related courses and mentoring student entrepreneurship projects. Her research and interests focus on Agricultural and Rural Development, Agribusiness and Entrepreneurship Development; Agri-food systems and value chain development; Environmental and Natural resource economics; Land Economics and Governance; Economics of Climate Change; Livelihood analysis and youth aspirations.[1][2][3][4]
