New category needed

This category (Ikiciro:Afurika) needs a new, lower-level category for: Ikiciro:African people. It already exists in Wikidata and in 67 other language WPs. It needs to be created here in the RW WP with its name in Kinyarwanda. Its member categories (already in the RW WP), to be added, are:
