Hi Kmoksy, I've been wondering about some images you uploaded on this wiki. I see they are from enwiki where they are tagged "fair use" there. I couldn't find any rules on this wiki related to fair use. Some other images you uploaded are clearly copyright violations since they are from sites stating a copyright-symbol. Also see meta:Steward requests/Speedy deletions#rw.wikipedia images. Could you shed some light onto these fair-use images? The copyrighted images should be tagged for deletion. I think it's better to use images from Commons: since those have the right licenses on the images to be used on Wikipedia. Thank you 17:23, 28 December 2010 (UTC)

I see, could you tell me where it says on ubuzima.org that you could use the images freely? When I go to that site I only see "Copyright © 2010 VCT Project/VP | All rights reserved ", same for the ImyanyaMyibarukiroYumugore.JPG "2007-2010 Copyright © Payson Center All Rights Reserved ". But then the other matter, what are the rules for fair use images on this wiki? Has it been described somewhere? Silver Spoon 16:59, 30 December 2010 (UTC)
