Dominique Harelimana
I am an academic and digital capacity-building professional based in Kigali, Rwanda. I serve as Head of the IT Department at the University of Rwanda – College of Science and Technology, School of ICT.
My work focuses on cybersecurity education, youth digital skills development, and strengthening open knowledge ecosystems across Africa. I am particularly interested in making technical knowledge locally relevant, inclusive, and accessible — especially in Kinyarwanda and French.
I contribute to initiatives that support students and young professionals in developing practical digital and cybersecurity skills, and I actively explore ways to connect academic institutions with Wikimedia and open knowledge communities.
Feel free to reach me on my talk page.
