IGISHAYOTE CY'UMUHONDO

Igishayote ni rumwe mu mboga zibihaza byera mu Rwanda, kikaba kiribwa cyane bitewe n’uburyohe bwacyo n’akamaro gafitiye umubiri. Iki gihingwa gikunze kuboneka mu turere dutandukanye tw’u Rwanda, cyane cyane ahantu hakonja n’ahafite ubutaka butoshye, urugero nka Musanze,Rulindo,Nyabihu,Gakenke.[1]

Igishayote ni igihingwa cyerera ku giti kimeze nk’igitovu, gifite amababi manini asa n’ay’ibihaza. Igihingwa cyacyo gikura cyizirika ku biti cyangwa ku nkuta, kandi cyera imbuto zifite uruhu rukomeye, imbere hakaba hari ibara ryera cyangwa risa n’umuhondo.[2]

Mu Rwanda, igishayote gikunze gutekwa nk’imboga cyangwa kigashyirwa mu isosi iribwa ku muceri cyangwa kuri kawunga. Dore uko ushobora gutegura isosi iryoshye y’Igishayote bikoroheye:

  • Kigira intungamubiri nyinshi nka vitamini C, A na B.
  • Kigira imyunyu ngugu irimo calcium na potassium, bifasha amagufa.
  • Gifasha igogorwa kuko gikungahaye ku butare n’imbuto-fibres.
  • Kigira amazi menshi, bifasha umubiri kwirinda umwuma.[4]
