Akamaro k'amata mu mubiri w'umuntu

-Akomeza imikaya y'amaso no kubona neza, gukungahara kuri Vitamin A biyaha ubushobozi bwo gukomeza amenyo n'amagufa ndetse no kugira uruhu rwiza.Vitamin A inafasha mu kurwanya indwara yo kutabona neza nijoro.
